Hypnosis is a focused state of awareness, deep relaxation that allows your unconscious mind to take in suggestions designed to help you make the changes you want. It is a tool that enables you to bypass critical analysis of your mind and unlock your unconscious so you can accept suggestions for the new beliefs and behaviors you desire.  
Hypnosis is a natural state that you go in and out of all day.  You experience it when watching a movie, driving, listening to music and just before you fall asleep each night.  While in session, you may experience deep relaxation, deeper breathing and other physiological changes in your body as your senses are heightened.
Nope! Hypnosis is a process that you allow to happen.  It can’t make you do anything against your free will. You are aware and awake throughout the entire process.
NLP is about the relationship between your thoughts, words and behavior.   It helps you understand more about yourself so you can see life from a different perspective.  NLP techniques will allow you to take this understanding to create a new way of being. 
It’s really up to you and your commitment to creating the changes you wish to make in your life. Hypnosis works best when you take action steps to reach your desired goals. Repetition and consistency are key! It also depends on the number of sessions you have as well as what we are working on.
